Research into Print Advertisements.

NME (New musical express) published for the united kingdom, published weekly since march 1952. This magazine fits into the indie genre and Jet Pack Man would most likely be featured in this magazine.

When researching into the genre of my band i found that similar bands have their music advertised within magazines like NME. Therefore i am going to analyse the general layout of print advertisements within this magazine. I have researched into many different print adverts within NME, i found that most of the bands had simplistic advertisements, e.g. the bands name was clear and simple, there was some form of art, photograph or graphics on the cover, details about album realise and a website/label details.
